Zhongwei fire water tank features:
1. The relevant parameters of fire water tank design are formulated according to the relevant provisions in the current code for design of building water supply and drainage.
2. This product uses SUS304, SUS316L and other stainless steel plates, stamping forming. It has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, low cost, environmental protection and sanitation.
3. Zhongwei fire water tank is composed of three main standard modules. It is composed of 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500 and 500 × 500 standard blocks. According to different three-dimensional structure design parameters, modules with different thicknesses are welded and assembled in the factory or on site. The sealing performance is inspected by advanced micro molecular leak testing technology, and the water is supplied to the factory or accepted after passing the test.

Article 8.6.3 of code for fire protection design of buildings stipulates that gravity flow fire water tank shall be set at the highest part of the building.
Article 22.214.171.124 of code for fire protection design of high-rise civil buildings stipulates that the height of high-level fire-fighting water tank shall ensure the hydrostatic pressure of fire hydrant at the most unfavorable point. When the building height does not exceed 100m, the hydrostatic pressure of fire hydrant at the most unfavorable point of high-rise building shall not be lower than 0.07MPa; when the building height exceeds 100m, the hydrostatic pressure of fire hydrant at the most unfavorable point of high-rise building shall not be less than 0.15Mpa. When the high-level fire water tank can not meet the above static pressure requirements, pressurization facilities should be set up.

The fire water tank is used to store the water for fire fighting at the initial stage. The fire protection design code clearly stipulates as follows:
Article 8.6.3 of code for fire protection design of buildings stipulates that indoor fire water tank (including partition water tank of partition water supply system) shall store fire water consumption for 10min. When indoor fire water consumption does not exceed 25L / s, 12m3 can still be used if fire water storage exceeds 12m3; if indoor fire water consumption exceeds 25L / s, it can still be used if fire water storage exceeds 18m3.
Article 126.96.36.199 of code for fire protection design of high rise civil buildings stipulates that the fire water storage capacity of high level fire water tank shall not be less than 18m3 for class I public buildings, 12m3 for class II public buildings and class I residential buildings, and no less than 6.00m3 for class II residential buildings.
Article 188.8.131.52 stipulates that the capacity of partition fire water tank with parallel water supply mode is the same as that of high level fire water tank. In addition, the volume of the fire water tank used for hydration with other water should not only meet its own fire water storage, but also meet other water storage.
The fire water tank should be combined with other water tanks, so that the water in the water tank is often in the flow and renewal state, so as to prevent the deterioration of water quality. Other water can be supplied by siphon top drilling and other measures.
